Unselfish Freedom

I have never served in america’s armed foces protecting our country but have always wanted to. My hero, my father, Otis Tolbert, served in Vietnam and my best friend Shamid served in Iraq.

My Best Friend

Sha Sha aka Shamid C. has been my best and loving friend for more that 14 years. Sha is the epitome of unconditional love. This man loves people and brings happiness every where he goes. I wish the world could capture Shamid's ingredients of love.  

The Journey

One year Shamid told me he was going to join the military. No big deal get in get out. It would have been perfect for Sha. Then my worst nightmare happen when he told me after boot camp they were sending him to Iraq. My world fell apart. I was a wreck. The only thing I could do is pray and support my best friend,  the way he so lovingly supported me.   He influenced me to follow God,  got me to go to church,   he introduced me to my ex fiance, he fed me alot, he cooked me lots of chicken (his chicken is insane you must try it), he has beeen my barber and hair stylist, he gave me fashion tips, he supported me for the grand opening of my cell phone store and so much more.

The Gift

When my friend Sha came back from the war he was different man. Loving but different. I know Sha had seen too much. I told myself that as God as my witness I will do every thing in my power to make sure Sha will never leave my side again.  This site Unselfish Freedom is dedicated to my best friend Shamid. I love you more than life. Thank you God and Sargent Farve for bring Shamid back to us.

The Vision

Marines returning to the civilian community can benefit from your life experience. As a Marine for Life mentor, you will help those who have honorably left the Marine Corps and are moving on to civilian life. Your ability to network can help Marine veterans capitalize on their time in the Corps and find civilian employment. Your ability to listen and counsel can be key in helping them successfully navigate the way ahead. Your knowledge and personal network are important for the Marine For Life program—whether you are a Marine veteran who cares about other Marines, or someone in the community wanting to help Marines succeed in civilian life. I have been a Ebay coach for 12 more than years. I feel I am one of the best in the World at what I can do on Ebay. I have combined EBay, Cell phones and have come up with a plan. The plan is to teach the Veterans what I know about the internet business  This campaign will bring millions to the soliders.
